Venezuela moves to raise petrol price amid crisis

Venezuela is moving ahead with plans to raise the price of petrol.

With hyperinflation forecast at one million percent by the end of this year, the government is desperate to find ways to increase revenue and stop a billion-dollar market in oil contraband.
