New Zealand to mark one week since Christchurch mosque attacks

New Zealand‘s Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has said her country will mark one week on from last Friday’s attack with a nationwide two-minute silence and a public broadcast of the Muslim call to prayer. She says she is “deeply confronted” by last week’s attack that targeted worshippers at prayer.

Al Jazeera’s Andrew Thomas reports from Christchurch.
