Trump hotel under scrutiny for accepting payments

A US appeals court is to decide if President Donald Trump has violated the constitution by accepting money from foreign government officials who stayed in his Washington hotel.

Trump says he’s given all the money back to the US Treasury Department but the appeals court is issuing a subpoena to find out the total amount received.
