Calls for release of Russian teenage girls arrested for extremism

Hundreds in Moscow gathered for an unauthorised march in support of two girls arrested for their involvement with an extremist group, calling for their release.

A lawyer for the girls has argued that the state security services set up the group and then lured the girls in, a violation of Russian law banning “Police Provocation”.
