Brazil election: Thousands call for Lula da Silva to run

Thousands of Brazilians are planning a mass rally to demand that their controversial choice of presidential candidate be allowed to run for office.

Former leader Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is serving a 12-year prison sentence for corruption, which has left many other Brazilian voters disillusioned or disinterested.
